General Shipping Policies

At Overstockproducts.ca, our goal is to make sure your experience with us is stress-free and easy.  This includes making sure your order arrives quickly and in great condition.

Overstockproducts.ca offers free shipping on orders over $500.00. Free shipping is applied to your order total after any promotions, credits, coupons, and other discounts are applied. Some exclusions to free shipping include orders to provinces in Canada.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For those orders placed on weekends or public holidays, our goal is to ship within 24 hours of the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

For each transaction incurred on Overstockproducts.ca that incurs a shipping event, you will receive, by email, notification that your order has been shipped along with tracing information from our carrier(s).

Shipping Methods

Overstockproducts.ca utilizes a variety of carries to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.  You will be able to choose the method during the checkout process.
While shipping carrier delays are not common, Overstockproduts.ca is not responsible for an order arriving later than the estimated shipping arrival date that is due to a carrier delay.

Shipping Damage and Lost Shipment Information

At Overstockproducts.ca, while we strive to ensure every delivery of goods arrives to you in great condition and on time. Occasionally items may be damaged or lost during shipping. There are some situations that are outside of our control and we cannot be held liable for. Including, but not limited to:

• Any weather or 'Act of God' related shipping delays
• Any costs involved in fixing lost/damaged/miss-shipped items other than to Canadian shipping addresses. Most Importantly: We only ship to Canadian addresses.
• If you then forward that item on to a different country, we are not able to assist with damages or issues until the item is back at the Canadian addressed we shipped it to.

Shipping Damage

Please fill out the Shipping Damage form and send to customerservice@overstockproducts.ca with as much detail as possible following these policies:

• The customer is liable for the shipping charges to get the damaged item back to Overstockproducts.ca.
• You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery for us to be able to file a claim with our carriers
• You must retain all packaging materials and as much as possible, keep the item in the condition it was delivered to you
• ca is not able to provide compensation for your time, labor or any other cost that may have been incurred as a result of shipping damage

Lost Shipment

Please fill out the Lost Shipment form and send to customerservice@overstockproducts.ca with as much detail as possible.
Our goal is to respond to your Damaged/Lost Shipping Claims within 2 business days.

Warranty Policy

• Overstock-products.com includes a 6-month warranty policy on goods sold.
• Manufacturer's Warranties only cover Manufacturers Defects. If your item is damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or abuse, it will not be covered by Warranty
• The evaluation of the warranty is at the discretion of the Manufacturer.

 

Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses

We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to any PO Box address.

Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express Delivery

Overnight, 2nd and 3rd Day Express Delivery is currently only available for an additional charge on select orders shipped to valid Canadian addresses.

If an item can be shipped by one of these methods, you will see the options listed in your shopping cart. You can also check availability by contacting us at customerservice@overstockproducts.ca.

Next Day (Overnight) Shipping orders to be delivered in Canada that are received by 2 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday through Friday for delivery the next business day. Orders received after 2 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day.

2nd Day Shipping orders to be delivered in Canada that are received by 2 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday through Friday for delivery 2 business days later. Orders received after 2 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day.

3rd Day Shipping orders to be delivered in Canada that are received by 2 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday through Friday for delivery 3 business days later. Orders received after 2 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day.

We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products. Please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
